What is Neurosomatic Therapy?


Neurosomatic Therapy (NST) is an individualized manual-therapy approach developed to assess how posture, gait, movement, and soft-tissue patterns may relate to a person's symptoms or limitations. What happens during a first appointment?


A first visit includes an in-depth conversation about your symptoms, relevant history, and goals. The therapist then performs postural and gait analysis to look for muscular, structural, and movement patterns. After the evaluation, the therapist explains the findings and discusses what an individualized course of care may involve.


What techniques may be used?
