Paul St. John
Founder of the St. John Method of Neuromuscular Therapy
I have been going to a chiropractor for over 30 years. I usually get temporary relief for a week or two and then am back for another treatment. No cure for 30 plus years.
Sometime in early 2003, my therapist spoke at a Rotary Club I was a member of. During the time he spoke, he used a member of the club as a subject. In his description of his posture misalignments, his description of the way he could help made sense. In my first visit his fingers across my back caused pain, now he uses his elbow.
I no longer see the chiropractor. I have recommended this massage to my girl friend, my brother and sister-in-law, my friend and my girl friends sister. All feel better and have returned for more massages and maintenance. I recommend this highly.
In 1987, I was involved in a traffic accident. Diagnosis was soft tissue damage that I would have to live with. After 2 or 3 massages, soft tissue problems and pain are gone and have not returned for 1 1/2 years.
