Carla M. Crombie LMT, CINT #36685
Carla Crombie graduated from The Humanities Center School of Massage and obtained her Massage License in May 2002. She then embarked on her training in the St. John Method of Neuromuscular Therapy under the tutelage of Paul St. John. It was during those classes that Paul St. John realized her talents and invited Carla to become a permanent member of the St. John-Clark Pain Treatment Center staff of therapists.
Prior to becoming a Neuromuscular Therapist, Carla managed the operation of a construction company owned by her husband and herself. In that time she encountered many people suffering with chronic pain. She herself suffered from severe TMJ and agreed to have adult braces put on her teeth in an effort to correct the problem. She also sought therapy for this problem and found that the braces aggravated the condition but the therapy she received helped her greatly. This was the turning point in her life and career, the one which drove Carla to enroll in school and become a Therapist.
While training to become a Massage Therapist Carla learned of the specialized therapy founded, performed and taught by Paul St. John. The precision of this work intrigued her. Using this whole body approach Carla is able to help make profound changes in her client’s lives. Carla will soon join her colleagues at the St. John-Clark Pain Treatment Center in lecturing and educating the community about the benefits of Neuromuscular Therapy for pain relief.
Carla is an accomplished therapist, a mother, and community volunteer. She is committed to helping those who have given up all hope of life without pain.
